Volunteer It’s the business of every citizen and the right of every taxpayer to participate in the political process in some way. Participating in a political campaign is one way that you can be a force for good government by offering any special skills that you have. Your gift of time is also valuable in a campaign. There is a variety of essential work to do. Knowledge in areas such as computers, organizing, public relations, finance, or issues can be donated to a campaign. A campaign is expensive. Since campaign materials are bought on a cash basis, early contributions are essential to enable candidates to plan the overall strategy faster.
