CON:
Schools do not receive full tax monies and they are the entity that needs it. If a business relocates(AMP, Ingram Micro, MSC) are we really creating new jobs are transferring them? What good is it to get new roads, street improvements, turning lanes, etc. if they aren't needed before the new business builds? Some of these offers are incentives for rezoning and lead to more development.  Dean
