The State of Pennsylvania currently defines a precinct as having not less than 100 voters nor more than 1200 voters.  No Lebanon County precinct is less than 100 voters; 24 precincts have between 100 and 1200 voters; and 31 precincts have between 1275 and 3137 voters.
