League of Women Voters

 

1)  Get out more and talk to people, not just people that own businesses or people who donate the most.  Involve the average citizen.  Rosemarie Cunningham

2)  Work for municipal coooperation, more county assistance for municipalities(planning, zoning enforcement, code enforcement).  Dean

3)   Process improvement and communication are two areas that can be improved just about everywhere in business, government, and our private lives. I wonder when the last time may have been that anyone took a good look at the systems we use in government? Could we improve a process but it may mean eliminating a job, or slighting someone who may have contributed to a campaign? Too many politicians worry more about the next campaign dollar than they do about making the tough decisions. [Pam Tricamo]
