Court Administrator
David Wingert is the Court Administrator. Dave's office is located in room
311 of the Municipal Building, 400 S 8th St., Lebanon PA 17042. Phone
274-2801, extension 2350.

The Court Administrator:
 | is liaison for the judges to the District Justices when it comes to
resolving problems, acquiring legal opinions, or with personnel; |
 | accommodates scheduling for the court system; |
 | handles 10% bail requests approved by the judges; |
 | helps prepare budgets for the court system |
 | receives responses to juror questionnaires and determines whether someone
should be excused from jury duty. The Court Administrator also creates an
"add-on" list consisting of potential jurors who failed to return their
questionnaire but "show up" and are ready, willing, and qualified to serve.
On occasion, the "add-on" list also contains those qualified potential jurors
whose names have been omitted due to a clerical error. |
