ADULT PROBATION
Sally Barry heads the Adult Probation
Office, 508 Oak St., Lebanon.
 | Regionalization of the probation officers establishing three satellite
offices in Palmyra, Jonestown and Myerstown, twice a month |
 | Three probation officers cover the City of Lebanon working closely
with the Lebanon Police Department and Lebanon County Detective Agency. |
 | Working nights to insure that the conditions of probation and parole
are adhered to twenty-four hours a day and not only between the hours of
8:30 AM and 4:30 PM |
 | Two probation officers specialize in timeliness and quality of the
presentence investigations which are forwarded to the judges. |
 | Probation officers are required to take a minimum of forty hours of
training per year |
 | Electronic Monitoring for non-violent offenders |
